I just ordered some stainless cupholders off Amazon. Do a search for rv marine stainless cupholders and you'll get plenty of responses. As far as seats, what exactly do you need? Do they need to be recovered? May want to check with your local Axis dealer on recommended upholsterers. There are also some marine upholsterers that will rebuild your skins (the vinyl covers) and send them back to you. Good luck!

My back seat skin was replaced. It cost under $200 for the skin and maybe $50 or so to put on.

bought all of my ss cup holders on ebay, as far as the rear seat that will be dealer ordered, as there are so many different vinyl options etc. or build your own base to fit and have a local upholstery place cover it. wont be as fancy etc. but 1/4 the price

I'd have to go to the dealer for something like that. I've never seen one online.
