drill againsoldered and shrink tubedmounted and polished

drilling holes next to the ice box as bottle holders.unfortunately I drilled into the this-boat-can't-sink foam.
Gonna have to make THIS one waterproof

Yes the holes are really really not aligned.....I was gonna make the big one bigger and didn't want too narrow gaps......then I thought of the handles of the igloo.......and 4 beers later I've drilled before I knew what I want in the end

What are the holes for next to the cooler? And what is the aluminum drop sieve?
