We have a new 16 A24 and I got the PNP offered by the dealer. It is only 750 in each rear plus whatever the bow is.

The wave is OK but not AWESOME. That being said, I threw a couple of #400's (one on each side) on top of the 750's to try it out and the wave is very impressive and has tons of push.

So I began searching for #1150lb ballast bags which work on PNP and they don't make them (that I could find).

I called Wake Makers and they said the rear lockers changed from '15 to '16 and 850 is the largest they have.

Do any of you know where to get #1150+lb rear locker PNP ballast bags for a '16 A24?

You must be talking custom at wakemakers , guy above talked about sumo max 1100's which wakemakers had I thought 1100 or even bigger? I think their black and optic yellow accents, I have the 850 50x20x20, I thought I saw larger when I bought my replacement for my 750 50x20x20 that had its weight updated in the sumo max, go online and browse , I think you'll find it

Sorry , 1000 max , wakemakers brand bags have a good design and they have 1100's, their reverse smaller at bottom and larger at top
Could out perform other brands on fill cause of the design, read the specs

You can get tge Flyhigh 1100's (which fills to about 1000) or you can get the Sumo Max 1000 which fills just over 1000 or the Sumo 900 which also fills to right at 1000. You could keep your 750's and add lead if you want. You can also get Wakemakers to build you a custom bag that will fill the rear locker and go into the storage under the side seats. Did you get your boat at Texas Malibu?

Surprised WakeMakers didn't tell you about their LBS bags, they make one that's 1280#s https://www.wakemakers.com/wakemakers-r ... t-bag.html The 16 Axis Rear Kit from WakeMakers has bags that are custom scanned to fit the rear compartments exactly. Just because the bag is rated to a bigger max, doesn't mean it will fill those compartments with any more water than the custom fit bags will.

I have the same boat. I am running 750 in the rear on top of the stock ballast in the rear, middle and bow. We have had the best success with adding another 1000lb to the bow over adding any more weight to the rear. Have you tried other options before throwing my weight in the back?
