Hi All, I bought a new 2015 A22 in November and go to pick it up from the dealer next Friday - quite excited even though the water is still in the low 40's. It's equipped with SP1 and I did some shopping for it over the winter but know I'm missing a few bits. I currently have 4 Icon 8's, a 12" WS sub, and 2 WS amps. Based on other forum lurking, it looks like I will want a WS EQ. I've done a bunch of car stereo stuff in the past but nothing on a boat. What other install stuff will I need? Tips? Definitely will need wire, connectors, electrical tape, fuse holders, fuses and the tools to make it all work. I bought my boat with SP1 and over winter added tower speakers/amp and sub/amp as well as bluetooth and a few other doo-dads, all pretty straightforward just takes time. |

Thx. Do you recall if there a signal output on the SP1 amp for the RCA's for my new amps or do I need to tap in from the head unit? Did you mount the EQ under the dash? |

My boat didn't have any amps from the factory. I wired everything up to the HU. |

Oh, for some reason I thought I read that SP1 still utilizes an amp. |

I'm pretty sure Steve has a 2016 where everyone else in this thread has a 2015. |
