Post subject:  Tower rack compatibility with FatAx Tower

Been searching for alternate choices for wakeboard racks and having a difficult time
finding options that will work with the fat-ax tower. Seems most racks want to use
the tube clamps. So I have a couple of questions...

Do racks that are advertised for the Illusion X tower have compatible mounts?

Does anyone have a recommendation on racks that work that don't cost a ridiculous
amount (I'm sorry but 300+ is robbery).

Thanks!

If you find some for under $300, you better post a link to them. Most go for $500 or more. In my opinion, I would of had the dealer throw in a pair of Axis board racks. The stock ones are great....unless you want to put a thick surf board in it.

I have two racks that came with the boat. Both are Surf+Wakeboard. I am looking for a dual wakeboard rack. Also considering trading the current racks + cash back to dealer for two wake+surf+wake combo racks.

I'm not aware of many in the price range you are looking for but www.samsonsports.com has some great options for the tower. Give them a call and see what they can do for you.

You know those stock racks fit a wakeboard in both slots right? The bungee holds then right where they should be whether you use the larger or smaller slot.
