Which bedliner did you use? I just did my amp rack and it didn't turn out as textured as I wanted.

Whichever brand Home Depot sells. I will look and see if I have any left. I will post if I do. It has a really nice texture without being to much like wall texture.

finally finished mine... looks great and doesn't vibrate!
1/2"mdf
sealed with resin
sprayed bedliner
secured with velcro

The answer to that will always depend on type of music and personal preference. It's not that one is better or worse than the other, they are just different.

lol... in this pic you can see the speaker more than you can in person.
this set up sounds great. I paired the type r with an alpine 1100 w amp
