Judging by me fitting under the dash last night why doing some work, I think you should be good. You might be able to squeeze another inch or two out of it. The heater hoses and steering cable will be the deciding factor.

In my 2010, I purchased the factory kick panel for an A22 that came with the free air sub. I had a JL audio 10" marine sub and the universal fiberglass box they sell for it. I mounted the box to the back of the factory kick panel. Fit no problem (i don't have a heater back there). I now have a factory looking kick panel and a proper size box behind the sub.
