I'm a new owner of a 2013 A22 with stereo pack 2. What volume setting have you found is best to hear when you're wakeboarding? I mainly use pandora but I've found around 32 volume and cruise setting works pretty good. Just curious what everyone else sets it to as maybe there's a better setting I haven't tried yet.

I set mine on about 35. After a while either the tower speakers stop working or the inboat speakers stop. I guess the amps get hot.

When I got my 2012 Axis A22 the radio could cut out from time to time. This usually was only when at high volumes and a lot of bass. Dealer checked everything out and found that it was wired wrong and the amps were not set right. They rewired some things and set the amps and I have not had a problem since.

I usually set mine to about 28 for the riders which seems to be plenty. Some songs are different from the others so my range is anywhere from 24-30.

No tower speakers, but 30-35 when cruising or riding speed to hear it in the cabin nice an loud. It really depends on your amp gain settings. I do not know, but have a feeling the factory settings on those amps are all over the place and not consistent so it is hard to compare each of our volume settings.

I also have the pack 2 & I'm not sure about everyone else but my stereo came wired from the factory with the Tower speakers on the front channel and the speakers in the boat on the rear channel. I change my settings when boarding so the head unit is set at +10 to the "front" and I keep the volume around 25. That way I can hear my Ace of Bass rock'n 70' back with out being too loud in the boat. I also turn the sub down because I already blew one with less then 30 hours on it, Axis warranties it out no questions asked!

Please for give any incorrect term as I know jack $hit about stereo system other than subwoofers go boom.

Towers I have at 40 (rev10's and 410). Cabins are faded out when riding. Never had a problem with the G/H Arc amps.

Cruising speed with interiors and sub on around 26-28 and interiors at 3/4 . With Rider, towers on 3/4 on EQ and Volume at 36 since thats 75% of the decks top volume. Amps are gained accordingly. Turn down the interiors for 3/4 to about half since 3/4 will about tear your face off. I usually leave the sub at 3/4 and no issues.

I have SP2 and 25-35 works well when surfing. I haven't spent enough time wakeboarding to know if I can really hear it well with just SP2. I think those who really want to jam out while wakeboarding go with SP3.

Stereo system tuned with head unit set at 40 and I don't touch it, then only use my WS420 for volume control for every zone
