2015 Axis T22, first year winterizing it. I have to store outside. I bought a used Transhield cover so it has been shrunk prior. It fits quite well, however it is loose on the top and will currently pool water/snow if I leave it. I made a tower support pole out of a 2x4 attached to a piece of plywood with a notch cut out with a hole saw and padding to protect tower while down. It is 38” long total which holds tower off of folding tower pieces. Sooo, it looks like my preshrunk Transhield cover would fit better if I raised the tower up a bit. Curious if anyone knows how long the factory 2x4 tower support is? |

I have never measured one of those but Ive seen hundreds thrown away..  I just remember that they kept the tower from resting on anything. I dont see why raising it up to fit your needs as a problem as long as it is not resting on anything but the 2x4.
