Alright well since nobody has a diagram ill tell you what i have done so far. Cant find anything on the gauge so ill move to the components that im not getting readings for, the fuel level sensor and the speed wheel. Level sensor is easy its under the big floor section in about the middle. It’s easy to test just hook up voltmeter to the sender itself (match the colors) at the bottom( empty) it should be 240~ 250 ohm and top (full) it should be 30~40 ohms (info from kus-USA.com wema). My sending unit tested correctly empty was like 245 and full was 33 so thats good. Next i moved to test the speed wheel. Got the numbers of the tag and went to the airmar website to get spec’s. Tried all the numbers on the tag only one that came up was st300 and it didn’t exactly match but the diagram was good enough to test. The speed wheel part has 3 wires red or blue( volt), green or black( signal) and bare(ground) . To test it wanted you to take measurements from the gauge side of the connector. It wanted you to measure the volts input on the red and bare it said it would be 5 or 12v then it said measure between green and ground and spin the wheel. You want to see it move every time a paddle passes by the sensor and it should go 0v next paddle should be what your voltage was between red an bare so 5volt and it would continue to alternate 0,5,0,5. It then says “ if you fail to obtain a supply voltage from the display unit there is a fault with the display. If you fail to obtain an output signal the paddle wheel is faulty” I had signal so that leaves me to believe my gauge is faulty .... I guess. So im gonna try to find a gauge

well dealer told me it could be a soft ware upgrade lol ... its 2011 and never been to a dealer if it was software i think it would have a few more issue then that. however the gauge is obsolete so I'm fu*ked. anybody got any idea's ? what do the gauges 13-15 look like? its a 5 inch round with analog needle and digital fuel gauge and digital cruse set speed and actual speed

I contacted them still no response but it is/was holiday so ill give them some time.... however i have been in contact with parts people at bakesonline.com and malibuparts.com and both have contacted Malibu/axis to check to see if newer year models will work and also contacted medallion to see if they still have or can make the part. Malibu is closed for a week for inventory so might be a mine before i have an update

on a side note I check to see if i could get continuity from the gauge plug and paddle wheel and sender plugs(boat side) with no continuity so there is something between them and the gauge

medallion had no diagram but said the tach feeds the speedo, checked tach and the 4 pin is just a jumper to feed speedo. tach has a bigger (16 pin) connector that, if i can match the wires by color, repeat all the test on and go from there

speedo is available from medallion $418 4-5 weeks out

Everything is 4-5 weeks out in this industry. And most of the time 4-5 weeks is longer than that.
