2015 Axis A22 - Looking for recommended ballast setups/boat setups for the perfect wakeboard wake. Everything we've tried results in a washed out lip on the ramp of the wake and it's far too steep. Anyone have any recommendations to try out? Was thinking full ballast in the front tank to widen it out a little and hopefully tame it but we haven't tried that yet. Thanks in advance, Carl |

The same setups works for most surf gate boats. If its too steep add more bow weight. I run up too 900 pounds in my bow of my a20. Also, to firm up the lip try listing the boat slightly. I usually run a couple hundred extra pounds on the surf side. Its not that noticeable and it doesnt cause any steering issues that ive seen. |

Thanks in advance, Carl We have a T23 and our basic setup is *PNP bag under bow seats + we added about 75-100lbs of lead *mid boat stock full *rear boat stock full *then we partially fill the rear bags. They are 900 and the bags are usually 20-50% full. *No wedge gives a beefy ramp wake. If we drop wedge then it gets more of a peak or lip. If we drop wedge then we usually drain some out of rear PNP bags. our riders go : 18.6 at 65 for single wake jumps/beginners for theW2W folks they enjoy 60- 65' at 19-20.6 occasionally the big boys will go to 70' |
