Met a guy this weekend who traded his I/O on a 2016 A24. Not sure of trade deal on his old boat or its vintage or trade credit but he got a 2016 A24 saltwater edition which includes the tandem galvanized painted matched trailer(though they screwed him with the chrome rims from a fresh water trailer), Sp2 wetsounds , full plug and play with sacs installed, surf Bimini, heaterb, boat was a demo with 280 Hours sold as new with full 5 year warranty in tact ftom a Florida Board school that is a dealership for asking price of 68,900.00. Great surf wave just needs a bow sac on top of cushions to lengthen wave.
Sounds like a mackin deal to me so I guess the chrome rims wasn't so bad after all?

Our local dealer was hellish on service after sale and they only had a vlx to sell vs order and he didn't like the deal . Local Supra dealer had boats he wanted, a great guy , just didn't want his I/O on trade

Boat did drop vdrive but after a long trip back they replaced it under warranty in two weeks . I did ask if he read the warranty paperwork for dates and he said it verified the 5 yrs remaining. He had choice of a 2016 22ft Malibu vlx I think or a G21, each being about a $10000 up charge.

I loved that big boat and it's awesome surf wave out the box with wedge and just 650's rear and 950 under cushions bow sac plus stock and wedge

Too much history on the boat to keep my interest. Take a chance if you want.

IMHO; "good deals" are very personal... it's a good deal if you feel like it is... don't get bogged down in everyone else's deals... we all exaggerate anyway... :-)
