Does anyone else notice the wave clean up if you put a couple of people on the Surfside compared to the other? It seems to like to be a little Surfside heavy. I seem to pull my starboard side faster than the portside just cause how tall and clean the starboard side is.

On surfgate boats having a few hundred pounds on the surf side causing a slight lean improves the wave. I'll never complain how clean the A24 wave is on both sides though.

We had our best wave yesterday. We ran stock full, ronix 800s in lockers full, FH 950 bow sack as full as she'll get under the seat, 400lbs sack on top of the bow seat between the helm and passenger, wedge down. Speed was 10.6 gps verified. Three adults in the boat all on the starboard side. The wave was money! I ride reg and when we switched sides we had 2 adults move to port. Best part was being able to pull up the wedge and have a bad ass wakeboard wake.

I have been thinking about putting a 400lb bag on top of the seat in the bow to see if I can lengthen it wave out a little more. We have been sitting people on more of the surf side to help clean up the top. It definitely makes the wave clean. I typically run a little faster than you. On the port side I run 10.8 - 11.2mph. On the starboard side I will run at 11 - 11.6mph depending on the rider's ability to surf.

T22, we run full center, 2 FH 750 Axis bags in the rear, FH 550 Axis in the front. Passengers weighted evenly with maybe one extra passenger on the surf side at 12 mph creates an even bigger and longer wave than ~10.6-11 mph ... give it a shot, it'll blow you away .... have extra passengers? It gets sick tall AND longer. A friend has a 2014 G23 with the 550HP motor and it was a HUGE ego slam to him to hear his teen kids say "Dad, this T22 wake is better than our G23!" ... 4 gph vs 19 gph and $65K less, I'll take that ALLLLLL day haha! Have to say though ... the G23 is a SWEET ride ... can't wait to compare the surf wake!

I have rode the T22. It definitely puts out a nice, clean wave. Cleaner than my A22 for surfing. I am definitely thinking about playing around with a sack on top of the bow seat.

From what I have read about the G23's wave, it is adjustable. I wonder if your friend has tweaked his wave with the NSS or if he just extends it all the way out and rides.

What GPH is everyone getting while weighted down for surfing. Also i notice a nice change in the wave with more mid cabin weight.

I have ridden a G 25 and there are 5 settings on the NSS and I think for the most part the guys I rode with just use full ballast and setting 3.

Any pics of the surf wave?

I am not sure. My boat pulls at 3k - 3100rpm while surfing compared to 3600rpm while wakeboarding so the fuel consumption should be better for surfing for me.
