Thanks for doing those measurements dezul. I am new to the site. I am in the process of makeing my 2012 a20 have surf gates mounted with actuators but it would save a lot of time if u could get the model of the actuators or just the length of the stroke and also the whole actuator retracted end to end. Thanks again.

Malibu/axis uses Lenco 102 actuators. 4.25" stoke I believe.

You should cut a cardboard or plywood cutout first just to ensure it matches perfectly on your boat.

I used the amazon link in the poor gate thread, it was 3/4" thick and 24" X 52". It was 89$,I ordered one in black. I haven't finished cutting it out, I wanted to leave the measurements intact until my material comes in, the lines on my printout weren't exactly the same measurements, I need to put a straightedge to it and trace out the dimensions.

There has to be a way of manually activating this like the wake plate. I was wondering if there is a way of attaching to the transom, where the swim platform is. With out damaging hull. I have a 2013, would love to attach and take off with out drilling holes. I wish they would just come out with retro fit one.
