i was waxing my boat today and noticed my front passenger side wheel on my trailer has some major wear on the inside, there is almost no visiable wear on any of the other tires. any one else had any problems with their trailers? i dont have the tricked out trailer option, thank goodness cause tires for 18" wheels would get outrages at this rate. i know there are no adjustments on these trailers for alignment. any one got any ideas?

If you consistently have to make sharp turns backing up your trailer or pulling your trailer out of a spot, you can get wear like this. Otherwise I am not sure what the cause is.

No sharp turns. I have seen a feel things on the Internet about people having similar problems and there problem ended up being a bent axle. Don't know how that could have happened.

Sounds like a factory axle issue, if it were mine I'd contact Boat Mate Trailer and explain the situation: T#865-273-1100. These trailer have a 5 year limited warranty. It sounds like a issue with the Buddy Axle which has a 1 year warranty, and Boat Mate can likely determine and resolve in short order. Good Luck!

check the pressure of that tire?
Not saying it is the cause, but incorrect pressure can wear a tire quick!

Well from everyone I have talked to about the problem tells me it sounds like a bent spindle. Not sure how it happen because the trailer hasn't been curb since I have had it. Any way new spindle will be in Thursday and hopefully have it put on that afternoon if I can get a little time away from working.
